Telesales - Full Time and Part time Evenings and Weekends
Based at Sawbridgeworth Head Office
Basic salary £15,000 (pro rata for part time) - OTE - £55,000 (pro rata for part time)
Full time hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm + 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month
Part time hours - Flexible! Choose hours between - Monday - Friday (3pm - 8.45pm) and Saturday (9am - 5pm)
At The Dream Lodge Group we are passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care and that process starts as soon as our customers make their first enquiry. The Dream Lodge Group operates luxury lodge parks in stunning locations across the UK and due to recent marketing initiatives we are receiving increased interest in our products.
We are looking for customer focused individuals who can:
- Receive incoming enquiries from customers interested in buying a luxury lodge.
- Each prospect we call will have already requested and received a sales brochure from us, so there is NO cold-calling - every lead is a warm lead!
- Responding to requests for further information, answering questions knowledgeably over the phone and then follow up with relevant brochures, literature etc.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge including Lodges, Parks and surrounding areas
- Utilising ACT (CRM database) to log all customer information
- Actively build rapport with customers to ensure continued commitment throughout the sales process
- To pro-actively generate own leads wherever possible Work to achieve weekly appointment targets
Skills and experience needed:
- Excellent phone manner - you will need to be consultative and supportive through out the sales process
- A target driven approach - we want people who strive to achieve more than just the minimum and will make the most from our excellent commission structure!
- Self motivated Strong problem solving skills, be able to think on your feet and create solutions for customers
Sales Negotiator - Basic salary + £60,000 - £140,000 per annum OTE
Selling luxury Lodges on our stunning Park locations to our discerning customers. Applicants will have a proven track record in sales, their own transport and live within a commutable distance to one of our parks and will be able to work independently using their initiative to make decisions.
In return The Dream Lodge Group offers a superb opportunity to represent a luxury brand, a competitive basic salary, an uncapped commission scheme (with a realistic first year on target earnings of £105k!).

Basic Salary - £18,000, on target earnings - £25,000
Hours of work 9am – 6pm
The Dream Lodge Group is recruiting a Customer Services / Sales Executive to be part of our brand new "Dream Holidays!" division. We are looking for someone with a strong Telesales background, ideally within hospitality or tourism (holiday park experience would be ideal!) who also has excellent Microsoft Office skills to help set up all of the administration needed to ensure our customers have the best holiday experience possible.
Responsibilities will include:
- Promoting our new holiday experience to our customers
- Assist the Holiday Sales Manager in setting up welcome packs for holiday customers by proactively contacting park based staff to gather key information i.e. opening times, park facilities, local amenities etc
- Contacting local attractions and sourcing information to be used in the welcome packs
- Working with the Holiday Sales Manager on ideas for "Themed Breaks" and contacting local companies i.e. Salsa Dance companies and wine tasting venues to source information and discuss working with The Dream Lodge Group.
- Use Microsoft Office to help create branded welcome pack information.
- Receive incoming enquiries from customers wanting to book holidays for 2012 season, advising them on all relevant products and take them through the booking process.
Personal Attributes Required:
- An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with customers
- A resourceful approach - you will need to think on your feet and be ready to use your initiative to create solutions for our customers wherever possible to support the sales process
- Be able to retain and utilise high volumes of detailed information
- Be very organised with high attention to detail and be able to proactively manage your own workload
- Excellent written English and the ability to produce high quality documentation for customers
- Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office skills
