How long is the licence?

A 50 year Holiday Licence is allocated for the purchase of a Lodge, and a 10 year Holiday Licence for a Park Home. Two copies of the licence are signed by both parties at the time of purchase completion, one for each party.

Can I use my Holiday Home as a permanent residence?

Conditions of the site licence state that you are required to use your Lodge / Park Home as a Holiday Home and NOT a primary residence. Holiday Home owners must be registered and paying Council Tax at an alternative address.

Can I sublet out my holiday home?

Yes. Rental of Holiday Homes is permitted for HOLIDAY LETS only. Each holiday period must not exceed 4 weeks for any one guest, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Head Office. All Holiday Lets must be arranged through The Dream Lodge Group. Information regarding this is available from the sales office on each park or alternatively through Hoseasons.

How long is the park open?

All of our parks except Sea View operate on a 12 month Holiday Licence, allowing for them to be open all year round. Sea View Park Operates on a 10 month Holiday Licence, the park is closed to residents from 1st January – 1st March.
