How does it work?
We bring four unconnected buyers together to each purchase a quarter share in one of our luxury Fractional Lodges. As the legal owner of a 25% share of the Lodge, you of course only pay 25% of the cost of the purchase. The total savings don't end there either as you will also share the running costs and annual fees equally. This all adds up to making owning a holiday lodge surprisingly affordable.
Each co-owner is entitled to spend 12 weeks at their property per year. This entitlement is split fairly between the co-owners and is extremely flexible as you book the time yourself through our online booking system.
The Dream Lodge Group will take care of everything for you.
We find your co-buyers and we liase with each of you individually. You don't need to have any contact with them and you can buy a 25% share in your 5* Lodge without needing to have three other buyers on-board.
You have the backing of a full legal structure and agreements in place, and our professional management team here at the Dream Lodge Group will look after you every step of the way.
