How much is the Ground Rent per month? £110.54 per month (twin unit). This is to cover the costs of general maintenance of communal areas, road lighting, and the general maintanance of the park.
Does the park have security? Lakeland View is a private gated community with 24/7 CCTV in operation. Access and exit to the park is also monitored.
Does the park have a resident warden? Yes. Paul Joyce is Lakeland View's resident warden.

Lakeland View has been awarded the prestigious 'Quality Park Award', what is this? The National Park Homes Council introduced the scheme in 1994. This award recognises those parks who show a high degree of professionalism in caring for the park, their residents and you, the customer. The scheme is sponsored by RoyScot Larch (Financial Specialists in the industry). Each park is inspected by an independent quality assessing company and is marked on the following:
- General Impression and cleanliness
- The layout, including landscaping and screening
- The condition and standard of all buildings, roads and street lighting.
- The standard of park maintenance in general
- The range, standard and reliability of services supplied to the home
- Administrative efficiency
- Occupier contentment and satisfaction
- Any future plans and intentions
Only those parks that achieve a high pass mark receive this coveted award
