Subletting your dream lodge is an excellent way of generating an additional income. With our new fully managed letting service we will look after everything for you. All you need to do is ensure your lodge meets the new grading criteria (which we can help you do), fill in the letting agreement and hand us the keys. From this point on we will do everything else. It really is as simple as this.
The new Select central sublet management team have a combined experience of over 30 years in the holiday industry and are dedicated to directing this into maintaining your lodge to a high standard and earning you a good return.
With the flexibility to choose the dates you wish to let your dream lodge you really can make this service work for you. You get to use your lodge on pre-booked dates of your choice and we help it generate an income for you when you’re not using it.
