Our lodge at Hilton Woods park. The lodge is an OMAR 40’x20’, 2 Bedroom Kingfisher. We have been the sole owners, purchasing the lodge on 4th Aug 06.

Until July 2009 the lodge was solely used as a family holiday home, however since the end of July 2009 it has been let through Farm & Cottage Holidays. This has proved very successful with the lodge being let for 16 weeks in 2009, with continuous bookings from the last week in July up to the first week in October, three further weeks in October and in November and also over the Christmas and New Year period.

To date the lodge has been let or booked for 28 weeks. These include the lodge being let for five weeks this spring including the two Easter School holiday weeks. From the 1st May the lodge is continuously booked until the beginning of October.
