M5 - Exit at junction 31. Follow A30 for Okehampton & Launceston. Leave A30 at Launceston junction and turn right onto B3254. Continue on B3254 until you reach Whitstone. As you pass through Whitstone turn left at the sign for Whitstone Head. After approx 2 miles you will find the park on the right hand side.
