We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Head Office, set in Hertfordshire. We’re looking for expert Sales Negotiators who can promote our luxury lodges to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner, instantly building a strong relationship with prospects who visit our parks.

We need dynamic and positive applicants who thrive on the challenge of working in a target-driven sales environment, who are comfortable in talking to clients both over the telephone and face-to-face representing a luxury brand.

Job Description

We have a dedicated telesales centre producing qualified leads throughout the year. We have 8 strong channels to sell. (1) Retirement own use sales. (2)8% PA ROI investment sales. (3)Sub-let buy to let sales) (4) guaranteed return Leisure home sales. (5) Fractional (with no annual cost) sales. (6) Hotel cube lodge sales with guaranteed 8% PA income. We have a strong rapidly expanding holiday sales brand, which underpins the above channels.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
To be working at any of our parks on a rota basis, you will working in

  • CRM database for customers to visit the park in addition to appointments booked in for you by the head office internal sales team.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives as part of achieving your own personal targets in generating appointments to the park.
  • Receive both pre-booked appointments and walk in visitors when they arrive at the Park and deliver a highly professional sales presentation of all features of the park, the various lodge and leisure home options available to them, the amenities in the local area and any other information that may play a key part in the customers decision to buy ensuring excellent product knowledge.
  • Confidently sell all Dream Lodge Group products including all parks, Guaranteed Return on Investment Scheme, Sublet Schemes, Holidays and Options.
  • Understand the customers’ situation and their financial position in buying a lodge/leisure home and introduce them to products and services

Candidate specification

  • You have no ties and can work when required up 7 days per week. (Not every week)
  • You have transport, and can travel freely around the South East and South West of England
  • You are hungry for success and a determined and focused individual
  • You have a proven track record of success over the last 24 months.

Hours of Work

Your hours of work will be an average of 45 hours per week.
You will work 5 days per week which will include weekends and bank holidays with 2 days off in the week which where possible can be set to be the same each week.

Use of own car is essential, however we cover all costs while travelling to the lodges
