Guest Relations

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the Guest Relations Team at The Sanctuary.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £18,000 per annum.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 which may include weekends and bank holidays, 09:00 till 18:00.

Job Description

• Assisting guests with any queries during their stay
• Receptionist duties, check ins and departures
• Managing bookings
• Liaising with Customer Service
• Organising and supporting housekeepers with their cleaning duties
• Showing around potential investors
• Cleaning of hot tubs (training provided)
• Reporting any complaints to Head Office
• Upselling products and grades of lodges
• Effective communication with other employees to ensure the holiday park is operating efficiently

Person Specification

• Customer Service experience
