Job Description

We have a dedicated telesales centre producing qualified leads throughout the year. We have 8 strong channels to sell. (1) Retirement own use sales. (2)8% PA ROI investment sales. (3)Sub-let buy to let sales) (4) guaranteed return Leisure home sales. (5) Fractional (with no annual cost) sales. (6) Hotel cube lodge sales with guaranteed 8% PA income. We have a strong rapidly expanding holiday sales brand, which underpins the above channels.

• You will be supported throughout 2015 by National press qualified leads
• You will be supported throughout 2015 by a professional telesales team
• You will hit your target and up to 3 months before the end of 2015
• You will be selling a luxury product to end users and investors
• You will be working in a niche market, with well proven successful sales model
• You will be following a model from which a number of our Top closers are high achievers

Candidate specification

• You have no ties, and can work when required up 7 days per week. (Not every week)
• You have transport, and can travel freely around the South east and south west of England
• You are hungry for success and a determined and focused individual
• You have a proven track record of success over the last 24 months.

You will receive free luxury accommodation when staying overnight on any of our luxury lodge parks.

You will be given the chance to break through the glass ceiling, and move into a group of elite highly successful closers.

You will work directly with and be mentored by the Managing Director.
