What We Offer:
£20,000.00 per year
Full training provided with career progression
Working day 08:30 – 17:30.
Pension and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Located in brand new offices with a free car park.
You will be/have:
• Available immediately
• Previous sales administration and customer service experience
• Confident and proactive individual
• Competent IT skills including MS Office
• Tenacious and takes pride in their work
• A customer driven and positive attitude with a passion for delivering a contemporary service.
• Have a confident telephone manner and go the extra mile to create an unforgettable, personalised holiday experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Telephone calls both inbound and outbound
• Data input of all new website leads and enquiries
• Sending appointment confirmation emails
• Support sales team with potential hot leads, updating appointments and sending customer emails
• Preparing purchase agreements for completed sales, supporting sales members with this process
• Call management and operating switchboard
• Creating reports to show the daily call statistics and sales results
• Data cleansing of all marketing post which may be returned, removing customer data following email and text campaigns
• Covering post and brochure run on an ad hoc basis.
• Ad hoc admin duties and diary management
