Job Description

• Work alongside the Head Chef
• Previous experience of running a professional kitchen
• Understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the Restaurant
• Passion for food and cooking
• Able to work early or late shifts, weekends, Bank Holidays and split shifts
• Able to learn in depth knowledge of the full menu
• Be involved in the preparation and cooking of food
• Ensure consistency in producing high quality food at all times
• Ability to stay calm, be able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Able to build good working relationships with fellow employees
• Able to communicate professionally and clearly at all times
• Able to work as part of a team
• Conduct regular inspections of the entire kitchen, dish washing areas and coolers
• Hold up to date Food Safety and Health and Hygiene Certificates
